Winton Willesee

Winton is an experienced company director and secretary with over 20 years’ experience in various roles within the Australian capital markets. His core expertise lies in strategy, company development, corporate governance, company public listings, merger and acquisition transactions, and corporate finance.

He has considerable experience with ASX listed and other companies over a broad range of industries having been involved with many successful ventures from early stage through to large capital development projects.

Winton holds a Master of Commerce, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business (Economics and Finance), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, a Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Business. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators/Chartered Secretary.

Senior Associate

Alessandra Gauvin

Alessandra possesses in-depth knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Acts 2001 (Cth) and is experienced in outsourced secretarial services, having worked with various clients and company types since joining Azalea in 2018.

She has extensive experience in managing day-to-day and complex compliance and administration requirements relevant to corporate transactions, such as capital raisings, prospectuses and various other equity transactions.

Alessandra holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Business Law (BCom), a Certificate of Completion – ASX Listing Rules Compliance Course and is currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management with the Corporate Governance Institute of Australia.

Managing Director

Erlyn Dawson

Erlyn is an experienced corporate professional with a broad range of corporate governance and capital markets experience, having been involved with several public company listings, merger and acquisition transactions and capital raisings for ASX-listed companies across a diverse range of industries.

She began her career in Corporate Recovery and Restructuring at Ferrier Hodgson and is now the Managing Director of corporate services firm, Azalea Corporate Services, through which she holds positions as director and/or company secretary for several ASX-listed companies.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. She is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia/Chartered Secretary.

Associate

Tim Barker

Tim Barker is a value-focused business development professional with a suite of strategy and analysis skills honed over the past 7 years in the 3D printing industry. With experience in a range of corporate and marketing-based disciplines within ASX-listed environments, Tim is at his best applying a strong client and investor relations mindset to his meticulous administrative practices.

Tim holds a Bachelor of English Law and French Law (LLB) and a Masters in International Business Management (Msc).

Accountant

Penny Sheridan

Penny has over 30 years’ experience in providing bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting services to a range of ASX listed and private companies.

Finance Officer

Sara Teng

Sara Teng is an accountant with six years of audit experience at two of the “Big 4” firms (PwC and Deloitte) and nearly a decade of accounting and reporting experience in the commercial sector.

Sara has comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance processes, financial analysis, internal controls, compliance, and company taxation.

Sara is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Queensland.

Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Natasha Reddan

Natasha is an experienced administration manager with knowledge of Company Secretary work, including audit preparation, updating company records and General Meeting and Annual General Meeting preparation as well as extensive  experience in payroll, cash management, audit, OH&S procedures and accounts payable and receivable.

Natasha is responsible for the day to date management of the office, providing a broad range of assistance to the team and completing various finance tasks including the accounts payable and receivable functions of Azalea and its various clients.

Office Assistant

Tia Papos

Tia has been with Azalea since October 2022, carrying out various duties in her role as an office assistant.

Tia has extensive management experience including OS&H, cash management, recruitment and customer service.

Tia is currently completing a Bachelor of Business.

Associate

Oliver Cownie

Oliver has experience in Company Secretarial services, working across a range of areas including Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Raisings and ASX disclosure.

In addition to his corporate secretarial services work, he has a passion for cricket. He was President of the University of Western Australia Cricket Club from 2019-2021, making him the youngest President in the Club’s 120-year history and demonstrating his strong leadership skills.

Oliver is currently completing his Bachelor of Commerce at UWA, majoring in Economics and Human Resources.
